As a result of a plea agreement, Defendant, Floyd Dennis, pled guilty to carnal knowledge of a juvenile, a violation of La. R.S. 14:80. He was subsequently sentenced to seven years' imprisonment at hard labor; all but four years were suspended and Defendant was given credit for time served.
