X-Cel Air Conditioning, Inc. seeks review of the judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation judge finding that the claimant, Scott Hahn, was in the course and scope of his employment with X-Cel when he was injured in an automobile accident and that the injuries he sustained were such that he was entitled to indemnity benefits, medical benefits, and attorney's fees. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
