This is an appeal from a trial court judgment awarding damages for breach of contract. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Riverside Recycling, L.L.C. ("Riverside") operates a mulch processing facility. BWI Companies, Inc. ("BWI") is a distributor of nursery and garden products.
