In this criminal proceeding, defendant appeals his convictions for second degree murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary claiming that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his convictions. Defendant further claims that the trial court impermissibly commented on the evidence and allowed unreliable expert testimony to be presented at trial.
