In this workers' compensation case, the defendants appeal a judgment, awarding the plaintiff temporary total disability benefits and medical expenses and assessing the defendants with penalties and attorney fees for their failure to pay medical benefits. For the reasons that follow, we reverse in part and affirm in part.
