The appellant, Philippe Uson ("Uson"), appeals a final judgment rendered in favor of the appellee, Bourbon Nite-Life, L.L.C. ("BNL"), sustaining BNL's exception of no right of action, dismissing with prejudice all of the claims in Uson's reconventional demand brought against BNL. Uson also appeals the denial of his related motion for new trial. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgments.
