The Appellants, Parish Anesthesia Associates, Ltd., and Dr. Jayachandra Induru, seek review of the judgment of the district court holding that the Appellants were liable to the Appellee, Arnold Richard, for medical malpractice. Finding that the district court did not err, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
