In this worker's compensation action, the Jefferson Parish School Board appeals from a judgment approving additional psychotherapy treatment for Sandy Sider-Jeffery, and awarding her attorney fees. Ms. Sider-Jeffery has answered the appeal seeking additional attorney fees and penalties. For the following reasons, we vacate that portion of the judgment awarding attorney fees to claimant. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
