The plaintiff, Paul Magbee, appeals certain issues arising from a workers' compensation judgment which awarded him indemnity benefits and awarded or denied various medical treatments, tests, penalties and attorney fees. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment in part as amended, reverse it in part, and render judgment on issues arising from the reversal.
