In this personal injury case, plaintiff, Scott Gailey ("Mr. Gailey"), appeals a trial court judgment, which granted summary judgment in favor of defendants, Dr. John L. Barnett ("Dr. Barnett") and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, and dismissed his claims with prejudice. For the following reasons, we reverse.
