First Bank & Trust ("FBT"), the plaintiff/appellant, filed the instant appeal after obtaining a deficiency judgment against the defendants/appellees/cross-appellants, Todd J. Tedesco ("Tedesco") and Todd Tedesco Investments, L.L.C. ("TTI"). After reviewing the record and applicable law, we affirm in part, amend in part, and render judgment as amended.
