In this case, Sharon Ann Miles Ross Tolintino, et al., appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Longleaf Investments, L.L.C., declaring the quitclaim deeds at issue null, void and of no effect as to ownership. For the reasons explained more fully herein, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
