In part, and pursuant to La.R.S. 9:2801.1, the plaintiff requested an assignment of additional property to offset the Social Security Disability Benefits received by her husband. The trial court denied the request. The plaintiff appeals, asserting that the trial court's refusal to assign additional property to her results in an inequitable division of the community's assets...
