Frank Allen Fregia, Jr. (Defendant), was indicted on two counts of molestation of a juvenile, violations of La.R.S. 14:81.2(A). On May 11, 2011, one of the counts of molestation was amended to the lesser offense of indecent behavior with a juvenile, a violation of La.R.S. 14:81. Also on May 11, 2011, Defendant pled guilty to one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile, entering his plea pursuant to North Carolina...
