In this criminal case, Defendant, Michael Wayne Jones, appeals his habitual offender adjudication and sentence. He alleges insufficiency of the evidence relative to his two predicate burglary offenses and excessive habitual offender sentence. For the following reasons, we affirm Defendant's convictions on the predicate burglary offenses and vacate his habitual offender sentence due to error patent.
