The workers' compensation judge ("WCJ") denied the worker's claim for continued supplemental earnings benefits and penalties and attorney fees for late compensation benefits after determining that the evidence failed to establish his inability to earn 90% of his pre-accident wages. For the following reasons, we affirm.
