Following a jury trial, defendant, Quierza Lewis, was convicted of possession of a Schedule II CDS, cocaine, in an amount more than 28 grams but less than 200 grams. He was originally sentenced to 20 years at hard labor and fined $50,000.00. This court affirmed the conviction in State v.
