In this case, both parties are appealing the lower court judgment. Noble Drilling US, Inc., defendant/first appellant, challenges the jury's verdict in favor of plaintiff. Stephen and Corinna Willis, plaintiffs/second appellants, challenge the trier-of-fact's apportionment of fault and the quantum of general damages. For the following reasons, we reverse in part, amend, affirm in part, and render the judgment.
