• one count of cyberstalking, La. R.S. 14:40.3, for which he received the maximum sentence of one year in jail; • one count of criminal mischief, La. R.S. 14:59(5), for which he received the maximum sentence of six months in jail; and • one count of violation of a protective order, La. R.S. 14:79(B)(1), for which he received the maximum sentence...
