Ramsey F. Skipper, Jr., appeals two judgments issued by two divisions of Civil District Court in the same case. Because of the issuance of two judgments, two appeals have been lodged, which have been consolidated for consideration by this Court. The appellee is Dawn Jordan Mouledoux. For the following reasons, we dismiss the appeal in 2012-CA-0598, and affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the appeal in 2012-CA-0212.
