After pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, Defendant Ricky Coleman was sentenced to six years in prison. The trial court ordered the sentence to run consecutively to a five-year sentence Defendant received for pleading guilty to another drug-related charge. Defendant appeals and argues that the sentence is excessive and that the sentences should be concurrent, rather than consecutive. For the following reasons...
