Daniel Ambrose, Jr., appeals a judgment wherein the trial court adopted the verdict of a jury. The jury found in favor of the defendants, Walt Disney World Company, Amateur Athletic Union of the United States, Inc., and Lexington Insurance Company, dismissing Mr. Ambrose's lawsuit, with prejudice. For the following reasons, we affirm.
