In this workers' compensation dispute, Industrial Metal Recyclers, Inc. ("Industrial") and its insurer, The Gray Insurance Company ("Gray"), appeal a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC") in favor of claimant, Maurice Villar. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
