This is an appeal of a judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC"), in the Parish of West Feliciana, in favor of the Appellee, Sandra Roullier, and against the Appellant, Cypress Health Care Management Region IV ("Cypress"), awarding Ms. Roullier benefits for an injury she received during the course and scope of her employment with Cypress, including penalties and attorney fees. For the following reasons, we affirm.
