In this appeal, Roddrick A. Petty, challenges the sufficiency of the evidence used to convict him of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and second degree murder, as well as the sentences imposed for those convictions. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the defendant's convictions and sentences.
