The plaintiff, Metairie Carnival Club, Inc., d/b/a Krewe of Zeus (hereinafter MCC) appeals from a ruling of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Bruno Brothers Management and Development Company, Inc. (hereinafter Bruno Brothers), dismissing its suit against Bruno Brothers. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the decision of the trial court and remand the matter for further proceedings.
