This is a personal injury action arising out of a rear-end motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff, Charles Hammons, brought this action against Henry St. Paul, on behalf of his minor child, the rear-ending motorist, Jennifer St. Paul, and his insurer, USAA Casualty Insurance Company ("USAA Casualty").
