MOORE, J.

The buyer, James Michael Cameron, appeals a judgment that rejected his claim for damages for breach of contract, awarded only $2,500 in redhibition for a defective fireplace in the house, and denied his claim for attorney fees. For the reasons expressed, we affirm.
