STEWART, J.

The plaintiff, Darlene Huddleston ("Darlene"), is appealing a judgment that sustained exceptions of prescription filed by the defendants, Richard Fewell, Jr. ("Fewell"), and Ronald Cook ("Cook"), and dismissed her claims against them for damages under the Electronic Surveillance Act, La. R.S. 15:1301 et seq. Because we find that the plaintiff's action is prescribed, we affirm.
