In this matter to establish filiation, Joel H. Thomas appeals the judgment by the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, which sustained the exceptions of prescription and no right of action filed by Joel H. Roberts, Jr. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
