Mary Ann Richards appeals from a trial court judgment denying her request to reestablish final periodic spousal support. She contends that the trial court erred in concluding that the termination of his child support obligation was not a sufficient basis for ordering her former husband, James Bruce Richards, to pay spousal support again. We reverse and remand.
