Audio Plus, Inc., seeks review of the trial court's involuntary dismissal of its action in contract against Sidney Patrick Lombardino, d/b/a SPL Corporation d/b/a Wild Orchid Cabaret. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment is affirmed.
