WILLIAMS, J.
The defendant, Earnest Michael Hunt, appeals a judgment ordering him to return $856,968 to the Succession of Ione Hunt. The trial court found that the defendant was not authorized to pay the funds to himself and his family as the agent under a power of attorney executed by Ione Hunt. For the following reasons, we amend and affirm as amended.
