In the instant appeal, plaintiffs challenge the trial court's judgment granting defendant's exception raising the objection of insufficiency of service of process and dismissing plaintiffs' suit against defendant at plaintiffs' cost. For the reasons that follow, we amend and, as amended, affirm.
