In this suit for damages arising out of an automobile accident, the defendant appeals from a judgment in the plaintiffs favor, and plaintiff answers the appeal. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This suit arises from an automobile accident which occurred on the morning of March 19, 2008 in Houma, Louisiana. Immediately prior to the accident, Delphine Short was traveling north on Grand Caillou
