The defendant, Sharoy Camese, was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine on March 14, 2011. On May 25, 2011, defendant through counsel waived her right to a jury trial. After the trial judge determined that the state had established probable cause at the preliminary hearing, defendant on August 12, 2011, through counsel indicated that she would like to withdraw her request for a bench trial.
