On 14 July 2010, the state charged Percy Molere ("Molere") with one count of simple burglary and one count of illegal possession of stolen things, violations respectively of La. R.S. 14:62 and La. R.S. 14:69 A. At his 20 July 2010 arraignment, Molere entered a plea of not guilty to the charges.
