Instant Replay Sports, Inc. (Instant Replay) and Charles Orzehoskie (Orzehoskie) appeal a trial court's judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate) and denying their corollary motion for partial summary judgment. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment granting Allstate's motion, render judgment granting plaintiffs' corollary motion for partial summary judgment, and remand this matter...
