Claimant's employer appeals from a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) in favor of claimant. Claimant filed a timely answer to the appeal, seeking additional attorney fees incurred for work on this appeal. For the reasons that follow, we reverse in part and affirm in part.
