Plaintiff-appellant, James S. Alderdice ("Alderdice"), appeals a judgment granting Peremptory Exceptions of No Cause and No Right of Action filed by defendant-appellee, Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College ("Board"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
