This insurance coverage dispute arose from an accident wherein the driver of a car owned by his wife's corporation died as a result of a collision. An ambiguity in a policy exclusion is at issue, and the trial court granted summary judgment denying coverage. The Plaintiffs/Appellants appeal this judgment. Since the ambiguity can be reasonably interpreted in favor of coverage, we reverse the decision of the trial court and remand for proceedings consistent...
