STATEMENT OF CASE

On January 15, 2010, the defendant, Jemdry Guity, was charged by bill of information with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon. The defendant pled not guilty at his arraignment on February 2, 2010. After a hearing on May 20, 2010, the trial court denied the defendant's motion to suppress identification and found probable cause.
