PER CURIAM.

In this matter, we are called upon to decide whether the court of appeal erred in reversing a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC"), which held that the claimant failed to establish by a preponderance of the evidence that a workplace accident occurred. For the reasons that follow, we conclude the court of appeal erred in reversing the OWC's judgment.
