BROWN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs, Felton Horton, Kenneth Horton and Sandra Ellen Horton Delman, appeal from the declaratory judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant, Donald O. Browne, recognizing him as the sole owner of certain mineral rights in Red River Parish, Louisiana. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
