This is an appeal from the grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant/appellee, Core Distribution, Inc. ("Core"), that dismissed all of the claims made against Core by plaintiff/appellee, Eric Halverson, Jr. ("Mr. Halverson"). We affirm.
