WILLIAMS, J.

The defendant, Morgan King, was charged by bill of information with perjury and filing a false public record, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:123 and LSA-R.S. 14:133. Following a jury trial, the defendant was convicted as charged. He was sentenced to serve four years in prison at hard labor for each count; the sentences were ordered to be served concurrently. For the following reasons, we affirm the defendant's convictions and sentences.
