Dr. and Mrs. Won Suk Lee appeal a judgment based on a jury verdict that awarded them $250,000 in repair or replacement cost under the New Home Warranty Act ("NHWA"), La. R.S. 9:3141-3150, less $83,338 for the balance due on the building contract, and denied their claim for delay damages for late completion of the house.
