The defendant, Ruth May Booker, appeals a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Jerry Allen Coleman and Terri Lynn Coleman. The trial court awarded damages of $16,084.73 to the Colemans for repair of a road used as a right of way to access their land. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part and render.
