The defendant, John Timothy Waldrop, was charged by bill of information with vehicular homicide, a violation of La. R.S. 14:32.1. The defendant pled not guilty. The defendant filed a motion in limine to exclude evidence of field sobriety tests without a Daubert hearing; and a motion to suppress statements.
