Plaintiff/Appellant, Joe W. Middleton, appeals an Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) judgment sustaining the peremptory exception raising the objection of res judicata filed by Defendant/Appellee, Livingston Timber, Inc. For the following reasons, we affirm.
